KatsuBet’s pair of numbers is the clearest illustration in this set. No-deposit free spins must be wagered 50 times, and the winnings are capped at 0.0014 BTC. Whatever the spins produce, the ceiling was set before you pressed the button.
The spins are locked to one game
7BitCasino’s welcome free spins name the game in the terms: the first hundred play only in Elvis Frog in Vegas by BGaming, the second hundred only in Dig Digger, and the final fifty only in Wild Cash x9990. You are not choosing a slot; you are being placed in one, at a stake the casino sets.
This matters more than it looks. Slot volatility varies enormously, and a fixed low stake on a high-volatility game is the combination least likely to reach a withdrawal threshold. The choice of game is part of the offer’s design, not an incidental detail.
Britain has a number to compare against. Since 19 January 2026 the Gambling Commission’s licence conditions have forbidden a British-licensed operator to:

Ten times is the legal ceiling in the UK market. Every offshore bonus whose terms we could read sits between 35 and 50 times — three to five times a figure that a British licence would not permit. That is the whole comparison, and it does not depend on anyone’s opinion of which casino is generous.
The same rule bans mixing product types in one incentive — the familiar offshore “free spins plus a sports bonus” package could not be offered in Britain. And an earlier intervention by the Competition and Markets Authority in 2018 established that operators cannot make you play through your own deposit before withdrawing it, and cannot rely on vague terms to confiscate players’ money. Both of those protections stop at the UK border.
Clauses attached specifically to spins
- Progressive jackpots are excluded. 7BitCasino and BitStarz both state that bonus rounds and free spins do not qualify for jackpot prizes. The largest prize on the machine is not available on the free spin.
- Holding a bonus round for later is treated as fraud. Every one of these operators defines “delaying any game round, including free spins and bonus features” until wagering is cleared as advantage play, with confiscation as the stated remedy. If you open a game, trigger a feature and log off, you are on the wrong side of that clause.
- Email or SMS verification before the spins arrive. BitStarz requires a verified email for registration free spins, and states that players using disposable addresses will have any winnings confiscated.
- Crash games may not clear the wagering. Metaspins states that deposits made after receiving free spins cannot be used to meet wagering requirements on crash-style games — a restriction aimed squarely at the games crypto casinos market hardest.
- One set at a time. Deposit-related bonuses cannot be stacked at 7BitCasino, and only one promotional offer can be active at BitStarz.
Reading a free-spins offer in four steps
- Find the wagering figure applied to the winnings, not to any deposit. It is usually a separate clause from the main wagering rule.
- Find the maximum-winnings cap. If the spins required no deposit, there is almost certainly one.
- Find the named game and the fixed stake. Both are set by the casino and neither is negotiable.
- Find the expiry — 24 hours is common, and at BitStarz the clock starts when the spins are credited, not when you open the game.
