Every factual claim on this site — a licence number, a company name, a quoted clause — comes from one of the documents on this page. They are listed here so you can open them yourself and disagree with us if we have read something wrong.
The registers were downloaded and read on 21 August 2026. The Curaçao register is a PDF the regulator republishes every few days; the copy we used is dated 20 August 2026. Operator terms were read between 18 and 21 August 2026.
Checking a licence number against the register that supposedly issued it is not a formality. Of the twenty brands covered on this site, six turned out to say something about themselves that the register does not confirm. All six are set out below.

What the registers look like when you open them
Both offshore registers are public, and both are worth a look before you trust a licence seal on a casino homepage.
- The Curaçao register carries 643 online gaming licences. 204 are marked Indefinite, 288 are marked Assessment in progress and 32 are marked Expired. “Assessment in progress” is the status given to a licence whose printed expiry date has passed while the regulator reviews it — the operator keeps trading in the meantime.
- The Anjouan register carries 1,491 licences. Every single one of them — all 1,491 — is marked valid, including 290 whose printed expiry date has already gone by. The status column tells you nothing. The expiry column does.
- Anjouan licences are not one licence per casino. The largest single entry, held by Novatrix SRL, carries 69 casino domains. The licence that covers Lucky Block covers 21 other casinos as well.
The eight Curaçao licences, line by line
Each row is the entry exactly as printed in the register PDF, next to the licence number the casino publishes. “Company reg.” is the Curaçao company registration number from the register’s own column.
| Casino | Licence number | Licensee in the register | Company reg. | Issued | Expires | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 7BitCasino, mBit, KatsuBet, Mirax | OGL/2024/1307/0748 | Scores55 Tech N.V. | 162990 | 24 Dec 2025 | — | Indefinite |
| BitStarz | OGL/2024/165/0185 | Gareton B.V. | 160656 | 24 Dec 2025 | — | Indefinite |
| TrustDice | OGL/2024/664/0280 | Satoshi Gaming Group N.V. | 151832 | 24 Dec 2025 | — | Indefinite |
| Roobet | OGL/2024/687/0427 | Raw Entertainment B.V. | 157205 | 24 Dec 2025 | — | Indefinite |
| Jackbit | OGL/2024/1800/1049 | Ryker B.V. | 154186 | 24 Dec 2025 | — | Indefinite |
| Cloudbet | OGL/2024/328/0599 | Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. | 148526 | 23 Nov 2025 | 23 May 2026 | Assessment in progress |
| Rollbit | OGL/2024/1260/0494 | Bull Gaming N.V. | 157086 | 23 Nov 2025 | 23 May 2026 | Assessment in progress |
| Stake | OGL/2024/1451/0918 | Medium Rare N.V. | 145353 | 9 Dec 2025 | 9 Jun 2026 | Assessment in progress |
Three of the eight — Cloudbet, Rollbit and Stake — are trading on a licence whose expiry date passed months ago, while the regulator reviews it. They are not unusual: 288 of the 643 licences in that register are in the same position. It is how the Curaçao system currently works rather than a mark against those three in particular, but “licensed in Curaçao” and “holding a licence that is currently in date” are not the same statement.
The four Anjouan licences, line by line
The Anjouan register lists the domains each licence covers, which makes it far more useful than the Curaçao one: you can check whether the exact site you are on is on the licence, not merely whether the company holds a licence somewhere.
| Casino | Licence number | Licensee | Issued | Expires | Domains on that licence |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| BC.Game | ALSI-202410011-FI1 | Twocent Technology Limited | 2 Oct 2024 | 1 Oct 2026 | 18, including bc.game, hash.game, blaze.game |
| Wild.io | ALSI-202504044-FI2 | Stack Gaming Ltd | 21 Apr 2025 | 20 Apr 2027 | 2: wild.io, kong.io |
| Metaspins | ALSI-202606048-FI2 | 3-102-959384 SRL | 30 Jun 2026 | 29 Jun 2027 | 1: metaspins.com |
| Coins.Game | ALSI-202410033-FI2 | Royal Way Limited | 28 Oct 2024 | 27 Oct 2026 | 2: coins.game, kings.game |
All four numbers are in the register, and all four cover the domain the casino actually trades on. Metaspins stands out for a different reason: the licence holder is a numbered Costa Rican company with no trading name, so the company you contract with and the entity the regulator supervises sit in different jurisdictions.
Six things the registers did not confirm
These are the cases where the register and the casino’s own website say different things. In every one we have gone with the register, and said so on the page where the brand appears.
Vave — the operator is not in the Curaçao register at all
Vave’s own help centre states that it is licensed by the Curaçao authority and names TechOptions Group B.V. as the operator. TechOptions Group B.V. does not appear anywhere in the 643-entry Curaçao register, and Vave publishes no licence number. The number widely repeated on review sites, GLH-OCCHKTW0702282021, is in the legacy Antillephone format and is not printed on any Vave page we could reach.

Roobet — two companies, two regulators, one domain
Roobet’s terms name Raw Entertainment B.V. under Curaçao licence OGL/2024/687/0427, and that entry is in the Curaçao register. But the Anjouan register also lists roobet.com — under a different company, Ultima Spins Ltd, licence ALSI-202507005, issued 17 July 2025. Two regulators list the same domain under two different licensees. Which one would handle a complaint is not something a player can work out from either register.

TrustDice — the published terms are behind the register
TrustDice’s terms name Satoshi Gaming Group N.V. under Curaçao OGL/2024/664/0280, which checks out. Since 15 May 2026 the Anjouan register has also listed trustdice.win, under Satoshi Labs Ltd, licence ALSI-202605020-FI1. The terms on the site do not mention it.

Betpanda.io — the licence exists, but not for this domain
Betpanda names Star Bright Media S.R.L., a Costa Rican company. That company does hold an Anjouan licence, ALSI-202408063-FI3 — and it covers thirteen domains, every one of them a variation on punkz. betpanda.io is not among them. A separate company, Interactive Pandas SRL, holds a licence covering betpanda.gg; that one expired on 20 February 2026 and is still marked “valid”.
The site UK players are actually sent to is therefore not on any licence we can find. Costa Rica does not issue gambling licences at all: a Costa Rican company registration is not a gaming licence, and there is no gambling regulator standing behind it.

Betplay.io — in neither register
Betplay names a Costa Rican company, Lama Tech Limitada. It appears in neither the Curaçao register nor the Anjouan one. The Anjouan register does contain betplays.com and gbetplay.net, held by two other companies — different brands with similar names, not this one.

Lucky Block and Bitz — the register filled in what the terms left out
Lucky Block’s terms name no licensee and no licence number at all. The Anjouan register does: luckyblock.com sits on licence ALSI-142311005-FI2, held by Igloo Ventures SRL and expiring on 14 November 2026 — alongside 21 other casino domains, among them Mega Dice, TG.Casino, Crashino and Coin Casino. One licence, twenty-two casinos.
Bitz publishes no licence number either. The register gives it as ALSI-202411066-FI2, held by Win Sector N.V. — the company Bitz does name — covering bitz.io and 1rajbet.in, expiring 21 November 2026.

Operator terms and conditions
The restricted-country clauses, withdrawal caps, dormancy fees and KYC rules quoted across this site come from these documents. The third column says how much of each one we were actually able to read, because that varies a great deal.
| Casino | Document | What we could read | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| 7BitCasino | 7bitcasino.com/en/terms-and-conditions | Read in full | Restricted-countries clause read in full. |
| mBit Casino | mbitcasino.io/terms-and-conditions | Read in full | Restricted list at s.2.4; amendment clause at s.1.4. |
| KatsuBet | katsubet.com/terms-and-conditions | Read in full | Carries the 180-day unreachability forfeiture clause. |
| Mirax | miraxcasino10.com/terms-and-conditions | Read in full | Read from the operator mirror; mirax.casino returned HTTP 422. |
| BitStarz | bitstarz.com/terms | Read in full | The one-hour payout is worded “shall try to pay out”. |
| Cloudbet | cloudbet.com/en/help/terms | Read in full | Clause 7.1.3 — the restriction extends to requesting a withdrawal. |
| TrustDice | trustdice.win/en/terms | Read in full | KYC is mandatory above 1 BTC / €2,000 despite the “no KYC” marketing. |
| Wild.io | wild.io/terms | Read in full | Clause 12.12 — retroactive voiding of winnings. |
| Metaspins | metaspins.com/info/terms-and-conditions/ | Read in full | Section 3.7 names the UK, Isle of Man, Jersey and Gibraltar. |
| Bitz | bitz.io/terms | Read in full | Section 3.3 read in full — the UK is not in it. Section 7.1 confirms no dormancy suspension. |
| Lucky Block | luckyblock.com/terms | Read in full | Section 4.1.3 read in full — the UK is not in it, but the list is prefaced “not limited to”. |
| Roobet | roobet.com/terms-and-conditions | Read via search index | The page serves a tracking pixel only. The clause comes from a search engine’s copy of it, the operator’s own typo included. |
| BC.Game | bc.game/terms-and-conditions betting.bc.game/guidebook/countries-where-you-can-play-bc-game/ | Could not be read | Terms body never renders. The operator’s own guidebook does not list the UK as restricted and points UK players to a separate site. |
| Stake | stake.com/policies/terms | Could not be read | Cloudflare bot challenge on every route and proxy tried. |
| Rollbit | rollbit.com/terms help.rollbit.com/en/articles/6176539-restricted-countries | Could not be read | Cloudflare bot challenge. A separate rollbit.co.uk is reported to serve UK players under UK regulation. |
| Vave | vave.com/en/terms-and-conditions help.vave.com/platform/is-vave-crypto-casino-licensed-and-regulated/ | Could not be read | Geo-block interstitial: “Looks like you’re visiting from a restricted location”. |
| Betplay.io | betplay.io/terms-and-conditions | Could not be read | Cloudflare bot challenge on all three URL patterns tried. |
| Betpanda.io | betpanda.io/en/info/terms | Could not be read | An empty JavaScript shell; the mirror returns a tracking pixel. |
| Jackbit | jackbit.com/terms-and-conditions | Could not be read | Every route returns Jackbit’s own 404 page, including the site root. |
| Coins.Game | coins.game/terms-and-conditions | Could not be read | Every /terms route returns the casino lobby instead of the document. |
Eleven of the twenty documents opened and read normally. Eight would not open at all — bot challenges, geo-blocks, 404s, and pages that serve a casino lobby where the terms should be. A set of terms you cannot read before depositing is a fact about the operator rather than a gap in our research, and the tables on this site treat it that way.
What we do not use as a source
- Affiliate feeds and operator press packs. Bonus figures and payout times supplied by a marketing department are not evidence of anything and do not appear here.
- Other review sites. Where a fact could only be found on a review site, the page says “reported” and treats it as secondary. It never becomes a plain statement of fact.
- Licence seals on casino homepages. A seal is an image file. The number underneath it is what we check, and only against the register.
- Our own experience of playing. We have not deposited real money at these casinos and do not claim to have. Nothing on this site is a payout-speed test.
Corrections
Registers change. Licences expire, companies are swapped out, and operators rewrite their terms without telling anyone — one of the brands above reserves the right to do so “with or without notice at any time”. If something here is out of date or wrong, the quickest way to get it fixed is to name the document that contradicts it: write to us through the about page with the URL and the clause, and it will be checked against the source and corrected.
Pages built on the documents above: crypto casinos in the UK, Bitcoin casinos, no-KYC casinos, new casinos and bonus terms.
